As night falls and the campus is enveloped in the moonlight of spring, the track and field ground quietly awaits the arrival of a grand event. Do you remember the Illumi Run from two years ago? This year, we will gather once again on this familiar ground to kick off the 2025 CUHK-Shenzhen Olympic Sports Festival with a unique Illumi Run. When passion and heartbeat sync—you are the "Born to Shine" star!

*Pre-register on the "Illumi Run" mini program, complete the full run to participate in the lucky draw and redeem sports goodies. Every shining kilometer you run is worth archiving. For mini program instructions, please refer to the attachment. Students who complete the full Illumi Run will receive 2running counts for extracurricular physical education course check-ins. (Reward counts will be displayed and effective by March 18.)

Before the event, share the related WeChat post on your Moments and collect 18 likes. Present your valid Moments post at the check-in point to receive an "Illumi Run Premium Kit." To ensure the smooth running of the event, we welcome students interested in joining the volunteer team (please reserve March 14, 5:30-8:40 PM for working hours; times may vary slightly depending on the roles).

Notes:
1. To be the brightest star in the night, you can choose to wear fluorescent elements, but please note that foam will be sprayed along the way. It is recommended to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting wet, so you can fully enjoy the brightest night run on campus.
2. Please arrive at the check-in point by 18:00 to sign in and collect your kit.
3. Participants should warm up before running. During the Illumi Run, please pay attention to your personal safety. If you feel unwell, seek help from nearby volunteers wearing work permits.
4. If you wish to take photos or videos while passing through the "foam" zone, it is recommended to place your phone/camera in a plastic or dust-proof bag.
5. Participants should be in good health and must not have any of the following conditions:
a. Night blindness;
b. Congenital or rheumatic heart disease;
c. Hypertension or cerebrovascular disease;
d. Myocarditis or other heart diseases;
e. Coronary artery disease or severe arrhythmias;
f. Diabetes with hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia;
g. Drinking before the event;
h. Pregnancy;
i. Other illnesses unsuitable for sports.
6. In case of special weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event time may be adjusted.
About CUHK-Shenzhen Olympics:
Continuing the passion of the Paris Olympics and riding the momentum of the 15th National Games, CUHK-Shenzhen is hosting its own sports festival—the 2025 CUHK-Shenzhen Olympics. This grand event will officially kick off on March 14 with a vibrant Illumi Run as the opening ceremony, igniting the enthusiasm of the entire university. The festival will last for one month, featuring events in track and field, football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, tennis, billiards, and swimming. Colleges will compete and learn from each other, showcasing their spirit of perseverance and teamwork on the field, and together writing a new chapter in sports for the semester.
