Abstract:
Given the challenges of insufficient physical activity, excessive sitting, and declining fitness levels among children and adolescents in China—issues that contribute to posture-related health problems like scoliosis, uneven shoulders, anterior pelvic tilt, "O" legs, "X" legs, and flat feet—it is crucial to establish a system for measuring, evaluating, and intervening in posture. This initiative will utilize various technological approaches, including the development of equipment, formulation of standards, construction of platforms, demonstration applications, and industrial promotion. The aim is to create a model and template for posture health assessment and intervention that is replicable, sustainable, and widely applicable for children and adolescents.
