Notice on the 2024 Students' Physical Health Test of CUHK-Shenzhen

The 2024 Students' Physical Health Test (hereinafter referred to as the "Test") at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen will take place from October to November.

The 2024 Students' Physical Health Test (hereinafter referred to as the "Test") at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen will take place from October to November. Here are the details of the relevant arrangements:

Test Participants: full-time Chinese undergraduate students from the classes of 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, as well as international students enrolled in PE courses this semester.

Note: According to General Administration of Sport of China and Ministry of Education, international students don't have to participate in the National Students' Physical Health Test, as the Test is irrelevant to their Degree receiving. However, for international students who take PE courses this semester, the students' Physical Health Test will account for 5% of total PE Grade, so please attend the Test.

Test time: for international students enrolled in PE courses, please stay tuned for further email notifications from the PEU.

Note: for exercises like sit-up, pull-up and running, students are encouraged to schedule appropriate pre-test training. Be sure to warm up properly before training to prevent injuries.
